Terms for using SiteProof.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SiteProof website, trial access, subscriptions, and related services. Last updated: April 8, 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the SiteProof website or using the SiteProof service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
SiteProof provides software tools for managing safety-related records such as inspections, toolbox talks, training records, dashboard views, and PDF exports.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You are also responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the records and files you upload or manage through SiteProof.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and pricing
SiteProof may offer free trials, paid plans, and future pricing updates. Subscription terms, billing, and plan limits are subject to the pricing information presented at the time of purchase or onboarding.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes,
- upload harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content,
- attempt unauthorized access to the service,
- interfere with platform security or availability, or
- reverse engineer or misuse the service.
6. Intellectual property
SiteProof and its website, branding, software, and content are owned by SiteProof or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
7. Availability
We aim to keep SiteProof available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend, modify, or update the service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteProof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the website or service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, or if access creates legal or security risks.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
